Condition for Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Product must be in their unused condition with all tags & Original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

• The products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example products which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The produts which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

To Initiate the return or Exchange please complete the following steps:

• Login to your account on weechamps.com & choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your orders.
• Click on the Return/ Exchange option
• Fill in the relevant details and submit the form
• Once the return request is accepted Ship the item back to our designated return address .

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:-

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately for a replacement
• Defective Product photographs & Unboxing video is mandatory

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
